TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This offer constitutes a 10% Cashback Rebate on the purchase of any new residential water purification System (the "System") directly from Florida Watergrid Co.
* Eligibility: This offer is valid exclusively for qualifying purchases of a System made by November 30, 2025. A qualifying purchase is defined as the acquisition of a System by a Florida Watergrid Co. customer for installation at a residence.
* Rebate Amount: The rebate is equal to ten percent (10%) of the System's final purchase price, including sales tax, installation fees, and distributor warranty.
* Claim Procedure: To receive the rebate, the purchaser must submit a claim by emailing flwgco@gmail.com with the subject line "#blckfrdy10 claim." The email must include (1) a clear copy of the final, paid System invoice/receipt showing the purchase date within the eligible period, (2) a document reflecting the date of completed installation, and (3) the purchaser's name and mailing address for check fulfillment.
* Claim Deadline: All claims must be received by email no later than fifteen (15) calendar days following the date of completed installation. Claims received after the fifteenth (15) day will be considered void.
* Fulfillment: Approved rebates will be processed and issued in the form of a check mailed to the purchaser's provided address within thirty (30) business days of the date the complete and valid claim is received, verified, and approved by Florida Watergrid Co.
* Restrictions: This offer is limited to one (1) rebate per residential water purification System purchased. It cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotional offer, or financing special. Rebates are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of this offer. Florida Watergrid Co. reserves the right to audit, interpret, and deny any claims that do not strictly adhere to these terms.
